2. Scope of Service & Engagement
By accessing this platform, you enter into a professional relationship with AXG TechInvent as a Strategic Talent Partner.
Nature of Service: We provide technical vetting, discovery, and recruitment consultancy.
Binding Agreement: These terms govern the preliminary engagement and use of our proprietary "Calibration and Discovery" sessions. Subsequent placements are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
3. Data Integrity & "Discovery" Accuracy
Our 96% Placement Retention Rate is a result of our technical vetting methodology.
Obligation of Truthfulness: Candidates and Client representatives are legally bound to provide accurate, non-misleading information.
Liability for Falsehoods: AXG TechInvent reserves the right to terminate any engagement immediately if it is discovered that credentials or corporate data were falsified, in accordance with the principles of good faith under the Romanian Civil Code.
4. Intellectual Property (IP)
All content, including the "AXG TechInvent" trademark, logo, and our specific Technical Vetting Methodology, are protected by Law no. 8/1996 on Copyright and Related Rights.
Usage License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for the sole purpose of talent discovery.
Prohibition: Any reproduction, extraction, or "scraping" of our vetting frameworks or database is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of technical and intellectual property rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
AXG TechInvent acts as a Consultant (Intermediary).
Hiring Autonomy: The final decision to enter into an employment or contracting agreement resides solely with the Client Organization.
Disclaimer: In accordance with Romanian Law, AXG TechInvent cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or the performance of a candidate post-hire. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific vetting service provided.
6. Data Protection (GDPR)
We process personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.
Technical credentials submitted are used strictly for the purpose of professional vetting and placement. For full details on data retention and your rights (Access, Rectification, Erasure), please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination & Withdrawal
Right of Termination: Either party may cease use of the digital interface at any time.
Service Termination: Professional engagements (vetting cycles) may be terminated by AXG TechInvent upon written notice if the user violates these terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be settled amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in [City, e.g., Bucharest], Romania.
